Springs Foundation Inc, a non-stock, non-profit organization, is the corporate arm of Elim Communities. It is dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to inspiring today's Catholic.
Springs Foundation Inc is involved with the production of evangelistic tri-media materials and has five existing departments: Publishing, Audio and Video Productions, Market Development, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Finance. The company shares Elim Communities' mission to spread revival and take an active part in the "work of renewal and evangelization of the Church in the Philippines and the world" (His Eminence Jaime Cardinal Sin+, 14 August 1994).
1. Excellence [Abel for his part brought one of the best firstlings of his flock. the Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering. (Gen 4:4)]
2. Generosity in time, talent and treasure [But life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the Good News about God's mighty kindness and love. (Acts 20:24)]
3. Joyful Attitude [Rejoicing in the Lord must be your strength! (Nehemiah 8:10)]
4. Environment of Faith [For we walk by faith, not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7)]
5. Growth in the virtues of humility, obedience and faithfulness [Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves. Let each of yo look not ot your own interests, but to the interests of others. (Philippians 2:3-4)]
6. Selfless service [Serve one another through love. (Galatians 5:13)]
7. A lifestyle of purity and no vices [Live by the Spirit, I say, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16)]
8. Good grooming [So bathe and anoint yourself; then put on your best attire. (Ruth 3:3)]
9. Personal and corporate integrity [Render your service with enthusiasm, as to the Lord and not to men and women. (Ephesians 6:7)]
10. Unity of mind and heart. [The community of believers was of one heart and mind. (Acts 4:32) ]
